After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. Lisa spent time asking questions as to what my concerns were. I left feeling much better informed with options of further assistance. Thank you Verve.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.

Fantastic, I have been looking for solutions for such a long time and I truly feel that Denise can help me find them. I had the Vampire Plasma treatment done and Lala was extremely thorough, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. Her attention to detail and the care she takes is outstanding. You can tell she genuinely wants the best results for her clients and takes great pride in her work. The whole experience was fantastic and I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone considering treatment — she is amazing at what she does!
