I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I cannot recommend revive highly enough, the staff and atmosphere are lovely and I always leaving feeling amazing. Red light therapy has been great for my skin and relaxation. The perfect place.

The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better (I suffer from cold fingers and toes!). The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous! Thank you.

The ladies in Revive are so friendly. The lady at reception made me a cup of tea and it was lovely as I was early for my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the cryotherapy as this is a new experience for me, I came out feeling brand new! The massage bed was incredible, it felt like a someone was giving me the massage! I said I had specific tightness and knots in my shoulders and upper back and the lady programmed the bed for that specific need and it was an amazing 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough! Excellent experience.

I would highly recommend the hydrotherapy massage. This was my 2nd one and I actually dozed off whilst having it. Very relaxing massage in a calm and tranquil environment.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Ice bath and sauna experience for two was amazing! My partner and I enjoyed the lovely private room with everything you needed including a shower and towels to make the experience comfortable and easy. Revive is such a lovely space, the staff are always lovely and this was such a nice experience - made the perfect present!

My experience at The Recovery Room was amazing, upon entering the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time getting Sports therapy and my session was very relaxing. I was well looked after and was given advice post the session. I will 100% be returning in the near future.

Always great work from Kirk. Doing a physical job and a lot of driving I rely on these appointments to keep me moving.

It was my first time having a sports massage/therapy like this, and Georgia was great. I can’t believe how much better my back is feeling already, and I have pretty much a full range of movement already which is amazing. I’ll definitely look to book in a massage more regularly when you get back. Thanks!

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.

I was really impressed with my first visit. Not only was Vicki professional but she was very easy to talk to and made the experience relaxing with good humour. She quickly figured out what the problem with my knee was and linked it to an issue with my back! After a short therapy session, my pain had halved and I was much more confident placing weight through my knee. I’m looking forward to going back for another session to complete my treatment. Hannah was just so lovely. Her attention to the areas of tenderness and tension during my sports massage helped my recover due to a couple of weeks of training. Thank you Hannah.

Another incredible lymphatic drainage massage with the wonderful Georgia. I can see my waist and the gap between my legs again!! I take a before and after photo and I’m blown away with the result every time. Thank you Georgia, I can’t wait for the next session x
