I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I've had the Indian Head Massage and Reiki and would definitely recommend Sam and her Sage Therapy services. Thank you! X

Sam is just the most magical gift anyone can ask for. Some people just come into your life at the right time, and Sam is one of those. Time with her heals the body and soul. She will make you feel incredible whatever treatment you have. The facial massage will have you feeling ten years younger. If you haven’t tried Sam yet, what are you waiting for. You will not be disappointed.

I had an amazing 90 minute massage at the Ouseburn Massage and Manual Therapy from Ellie. She is simply amazing. I went in for a relief of stiff muscles and left feeling relaxed and completely de-stressed. I am really impressed and would definitely go back. I would highly recommend her!

I would highly recommend a treatment with Nat. I visited Nat at her new premises in Newcastle at the top of Northumberland street. To be honest I hadn’t even realised this space existed and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was so warm and inviting. I love the wall paper, the spiritual artefacts and the comfy chairs to sit on! Nat is so caring and attentive and really wanted to check in on how I was feeling. Nat is so easy to talk to I could’ve chatted to her all day I had a reiki session specifically focusing on my current issues and it was the most calming, relaxing session!

Ellie was brilliant very knowledgeable and a great massage I came out feeling relaxed with my aches/tension eased.
