Richard is both a lovely guy to chat to and an excellent sports therapist. He expertly diagnosed my injuries and corrected some significant misalignment and eased my injuries. He also provided a rehab plan for me to aid my longer term recovery.

Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

Really glad I’m under Richard’s care. Just had my fifth visit with him and he’s sorting my different ailments each time. He really cares, he’s given me exercises to help prevent the muscle issues from rearing their ugly heads again.

I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Was recommended to Rachael by a friend. Didn’t know what to expect, so went to initial meeting with an open mind. Rachael did a thorough consultation. followed by some intense therapy, and I felt an immediate trust that she really knew her stuff. I went in limping and went out skipping
