Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

This was my second time visiting Sheena, at almost 30weeks pregnant and she has made both my experiences so far outstanding! She has put me at so much ease with both of my treatments and always ensures I am in the most comfortable position when she is working. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had my 2nd treatment with Sheena - deep tissue massage. She is such a lovely girl and makes me feel very comfortable during my treatment and explains in detail what she hopes to achieve for me with my problem.

Fantastic massage again from Sheena, I feel like I’m walking on air after I leave. Sheena makes you feel so comfortable during your treatment, she has a lovely personality and is very welcoming. Highly recommend to ease out all the knots that life creates.

Sheena has magical hands! After 3 deep tissue massages and 2 craniosacral therapy sessions, my aches and pains are much more manageable.
