I recently visited Peake Health and wellness and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and calming. The staff was professional and made me feel at ease right away. My massage therapist, Mary was outstanding! They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the session to my needs. Their technique was both skilled and intuitive, addressing tension areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

She was very effective and finding trigger points and sore spots. First therapist I’ve been to that does PNF stretching. Used a mixture of massage techniques including cupping, vibrations, and percussion. Enjoyed my massage with her and felt sore but better after.

Mary is amazing as always. Been a loyal customer for a long time and will continue to be moving forward.

I walked into my regular tuesday appointment. Prior to this my neck was in a lot of pain. I could barely turn my head. Mary work on loosening tight muscles and tendons. She was able to identify a pinched nerve ar c2 c3. Mary applied gentle traction . By the time this session was over much of my pain was gone and I had restored mobility. By evening I saw even more positive results. This morning there is no pain and much of the mobility is 100% better. I highly highly recommend Peake Healthand wellness.
