I just had a cupping massage and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, the perfect space to fully relax. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, and I could genuinely feel the tension melting away as it went on. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and just overall better. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reset both your body and mind 💖

After a big leg days compression therapy really helps with my recovery.

First time at Complete Body and first time with contrast therapy. It is a great space, very clean and tidy, the cold emersion was really cold. I'll be making this a weekly thing, thanks

Staff were super helpful with the best techniques to get through the therapy sessions.

I visited Aiyana today for a Hypnotherapy and Lomi Lomi massage. I can only describe this experience as pure magic. It was a safe haven to relax to the Max and let go of any worries or thoughts that weren't serving me. Soft, warm hands moved in flawless motion and I melted into the massage and am still relaxed many hours later. I absolutely recommend for anyone (read: everyone) to take some time out of our always busy schedules to put yourself first x
