It felt so great to have my reading at the wellness spa with Alex. Her vibrant energy makes anyone feel welcome and taken care of. Not to mention the amazing view of the mountains, the peaceful sound of water running , and the attention to detail provided by Alex during the reading. I felt a wave of clarity and excitement for my upcoming projects, all of which I had been seeking through this reading. Great physiotherapy, has really been helping!

I have been visiting Sarah for 2 years for Physiotherapy treatments and weekly Yoga sessions. Sarah is very professional, friendly and knows her stuff. I have been able to eliminate back and knee issues because of the treatments and management programs/exercise routines etc. recommended by Sarah. The Yoga has also been a wonderful help in relieving stress and teaching various relaxation techniques. It's also fun to catch up with the other lovely ladies in the group and exchange ideas about anything and everything! I highly recommend Sarah.

Alexandra is an amazing talented beautiful soul who has the ability to access the highest of truth of why you have a particular problem in your life whether it be mental emotional spiritual and even physical health and trace it to it's origins which could be childhood or even past lives and then to heal it and release it from you so that it no longer impacts your current life. Everything thing she says makes sense and applies to your current life. She also has a way to reconnect you with your true self and guide you to living the life you were meant to be living. You will feel amazing after.
