I first got my ears pierced at the Mission Viejo Mall in 1985 so going back there today to get my second piercing on my ears was amazing!!! I’ve been wanting a place that specializes in piercings like this for years!! maybe that’s why it took me so long to get my second. Zoe was extremely professional and made it painless. I’m going to be telling all my friends thanks again.

David was excellent: timely, friendly, gentle and efficient. My nose and lip piercings both look great and the whole experience was (mostly) painless, haha. Shop was extremely clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I could not be happier. I took my six-year-old to get her ears pierced, it’s clean they’re super friendly. And to make it even easier on her, they offered to pierce both of her ears at once.

Amazing place! Took my daughter there to get her ears pierced and they did amazing. Owners are very friendly, and staff members were extremely nice. The place was very professional. Also in a very convenient spot as it’s located in the Mission Viejo Mall. I’d definitely recommend this place for sure!

I walked in on a Friday evening and immediately met Angelica who is so beautiful on the inside and out and is an absolute Angel! 😇 Her own piercings are perfect and I just used my gut instinct and I knew that Angelica was the the very best to fix my uneven past ear piercing experiences! I asked her to pick the perfect earrings that she felt would be appropriate for me and she really cared and took her time to make my ear piercing absolutely perfect! She is so knowledgeable and so kind as I was so nervous! She made my ears perfect! Thank you 🙏 Angelica 💕💕💕

I had my kiddo's first ear piercing done here. The technician was kind and informative. He was quick and again patient, as my girl needed a break in between piercings. He addressed my questions despite being busy, as more customers came in after us. I highly recommend this place for any piercing needs, specially for children getting their first piercing.

Angelica was great! However, I went in to just ask about how to remove and replace the earring in my ear. They didn't ask how long it had been since the piercing until AFTER I took it out. (I mistakenly thought it could be done at 6 weeks not 6 months) I asked for help putting it back in. She said it would be a $10 charge. Then, she started helping me but she dropped the back then CHARGED ME another $15 to replace it. Not cool!

Anthea pierced my third lobes, the placement was perfect as was the care I received. 11/10 would recemend this shop to anyone.

10/10 I love coming to this piercing place, everything is so clean, have many options, and just the best team so very kind and helpful! I went in to get a daith pierced by zoe/zoey, she was great! She walked me through everything and made this the process very quick:) even after piercing me and having another client after me she still took her time to explain the after care process and what to do! Book that appointment..!

Everyone was helpful and friendly, it was a little busy when I went in but it was understandable for the middle of the day on a Friday. Overall good staff, and the piercing was done smoothly.

The staff is really professional and my experience was, overall, excellent. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the wrong jewelry was mistakenly put in my piercing. It's not a huge deal because both studs were the same price. It's just not the one I picked out and wanted. After the piercing, I just don't think I noticed under the lighting at the shop. Hopefully, I can get it switched out at my follow up appointment in a few weeks.

I was suprised to see this type of shop in a mall, I’ve only seen this in Vegas. It made it convenient for its location! David was very friendly when we walked in. We happen to be in town, we didn’t have an appointment but he was able to get us in within an hour. He made the process easy and was very professional! I really recommend going here for all your piercing needs!
