I’ve been getting piercings at Flux for about 8 years and I couldn’t fault them! They’re all so kind and make you feel relaxed and happy. I always get faint after getting a piercing but they always look after me so so well! Would never trust anyone else or go anywhere else, thanks so much as always!

Amazing service. I had a septum piercing and prior to the appointment I had an anatomy check to see if it was suitable for me. The prices are reasonable and they even offer a discount for Blue Light card holders! Gemma was super friendly, explained the process and put me at ease from the start. Lovely team of ladies. I'll be back again! 💜

Went back to have the bar shortened in my nose piercing, and ended up choosing a pretty flower crystal stud. The shop is clean and inviting, the staff are really lovely and everything is explained so well. Excellent place to get your piercing done.

A great experience!!!! Went for a 4 piece earring change and ended up buying three more earrings. I wasn't sure after my last visit, but Ti (Tiani) was lovely! Patient, personable, informative and knowledgeable. Going back in a few months for a dermal piercing! Thanks Ti!!!!!

We came to flux to have my daughter's ears re pierced after a bad experience in another place. Flux also helped her previously with removing the bad piercings. The lady piercing was so good with my daughter and explained everything to her. Great experience and now I will never go anywhere else!

It is always a pleasure to go to Flux piercing studio. They are always so lovely and friendly. If I ever need advice on what jewellery to have I know they will be honest. I have been visiting for years now and will not go anywhere else for my piercings.

I visited for a facial dermal piercing removal,as sadly it had rejected! The treatment room was super clean and prepped for my procedure,both staff members were super lovely and knowledgeable. Booking system online is very efficient too! I would only use flux now for future piercings! Thank you ladies!

The team at Flux are amazing! Everything is spit spot clean and they were so kind and informative with my daughter. Every action was explained and such attention to detail. If you are considering an ear piercing for a child, these guys are THE BEST. We experienced the consultation, the piercings and follow-up - we had zero issues, all healed perfectly and cleaned as instructed. Such a lovely team and amazing aftercare. The jewellery is top quality and not going to cause a reaction. We were so impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else - all earring upgrades will be at Flux.

Torreya was fabulous! So patient . My daughter had a moment after her piercing, despite being a trouper during the actual piercings, felt a bit odd once the adrenaline kicked in and Torreya was super kind to her. The new studio is bright and clean. Highly recommend .

I was nervous about my ear piercing despite having various other piercing and tattoos before. The ladies in the shop were so kind and professional and made me feel relaxed and they helped me choose my earrings. The piercing experience was quick and easy and everything was explained to me. Wow best piercing studio,professional,clean,high quality establishment.Most amazing customer service and care by the lovely Tiani, looked after me so well,gentle and proficient whole procedure.Cant thank her enough,was Christmas eve but she made time fit me in on day 1hr appointment after i had problem of 18 piercings had to be removed or broken out at hospital for an emergency MRI i needed.All the jewellery replaced was top quality and better than i had before.Cant recommend her highly enough,defo the person and place to go for all piercings.Had to give her a hug, got tear in eye so happy.

Best Xmas present for me today, coming into flux to get 26 yes 26 piercings changed to colours the girls had got them for me as they all know I like the same colours in each ear I can’t thank them enough they all go above and beyond for there customers I’m going back next week to get 3 more changed then another piercing as well after Christmas, I wouldn’t go anywhere else they all look after me and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s a joy to come down there, such a lovely welcoming place
