My ten year old had her first piercing today. She was a bit nervous. But Charlie was absolutely amazing and was very patient. Gemma also helps distracting too. I now have one very happy girl, who didn't know why she was so worried, as it didn't really hurt. Thankyou so much for making her first piercing a positive experience. Loved how clean everything was as well.

Really impressed with Flux from the time i walked through the door they were very polite and proffesional explaining all about the treatment and the earrings which i could have.There was no pushy sales for products and a very clean and friendly vibe.Thank you for this lovely experience and i am very pleased with my piercings 😁
