I have a very good experience with Natalia. Really professional, makes me feel at ease. Laser was really good, i have seen good results in just first session. Im on my 5th session and still seeing very good improvements.

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

I have the best experience with diode laser hair removal, 100% i would recommend,I had so far 10 sessions for underarms and Hollywood area and I have zero hair,skin smooth as a baby,because of it I started my legs

I've had two sessions with Natalia, she has been fantastic, very professional and making sure she didn't leave any untreated hair behind! She's also very kind and sweet, so overall a great service and I fully recommend her.

This is honestly the best place to go! The quality of work is amazing, and my practitioner is absolutely perfect. I just had my first session and the results appeared so quickly, I never expected it to work this well after just one treatment! My skin feels incredibly smooth. I had a wonderful pedicure with Racquel today. She was accommodating, extremely skilled and great to chat to. I a as Lao had the benefit of a silent foot and lower leg massage at the end of my treatment. I felt pampered and valued as a client at the treatment rooms.
