I have a very good experience with Natalia. Really professional, makes me feel at ease. Laser was really good, i have seen good results in just first session. Im on my 5th session and still seeing very good improvements.

The most magical and deeply rejuvenating facial, head and foot treatment of my life ! Particularly loved having crystals on my body too. Honestly hands down the best facial of my life ! I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

The treatment itself is extraordinary, advanced skincare that left my skin looking utterly radiant. What Jo has created isn’t really a facial. It’s a feeling. Every sense is invited in. The scent of Palo Santo. Crystals. Alice’s hands moved with such intuition that I found myself wondering whether she could somehow feel the places that had been asking to be held before I’d noticed them myself. Then the moments that can’t be curated, the cry of seagulls drifting in through the window, church bells somewhere beyond the rooftops. The vibration of the bowls as the treatment came to a close.

I am very happy with my Korean eyelash lift and tint. Lucy was very thorough and careful in her application and was also very informative about the aftercare. I can recommend Lucy highly. The ambience of her treatment room is also very nice, and relaxing.
