I arrived 45 minutes earlier than my set appointment time. I was immediately welcomed, the atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil. Rachel was kind , very soft spoken, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had a massage, facial and mani done. Overall a wonderfully beautiful experience, I'll definitely go again

The ladies were great, very friendly and good service. Only negative thing was that my treatment room had a strong paint smell which gave me a headache, think there had recently been some painting.

I might be in love. I booked for myself and the kid and we had a pedicure with a very relaxing paraffin dip and full body massages with hot stone treatment and I am sure I will be back sooner than soon. These ladies are amazing and tentative to the clients needs.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and warm. I have sensitive skin and the amount of care given really made such a difference. I'm very happy with my nails and look forward to returning! Highly recommend 💅

I had the Love Your Feet pamper package at Mood Beauty Spa with Kholofelo, and it was a wonderful experience! Kholofelo was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. The treatment was thorough and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, perfect for some well-deserved self-care.

the ladies are really lovely and do a good job. 3 things I think could improve the environment pls: 1) no eating - especially crisps, very noisy!! 2) quiet time for those getting treatment, would be nice if those waiting can also be reminded to keep it quiet, especially if they have children. 3) can the music be a bit softer / gentler pls. I know the space is small, but the idea of a spa / treatment is to relax. thanks
