I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I had a lovely dermaplaning facial with Pippa today. She is very gentle, thorough and professional. My skin feels smooth and looks so much brighter! Pippa’s work space is clean and clinical while remaining friendly and inviting. I’ll definitely be going back and would definitely recommend her to anyone

Simply the best beauty therapist in Warwickshire and, probably, beyond! Corolee is the most dedicated therapist that I have ever known. Best facial I have ever had - today with Emma. The head massage was a lovely bonus. I had forgotten how nice facials can be and my skin feels great.

The whole experience was incredible. The shop is lovely, the treatment reception area is lovely, and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a lovely frankincense facial with Emma that was so relaxing and my skin felt beautiful afterwards. I will definitely be going back!
