What a lovely experience Rhianna was so friendly and welcoming from the get go- such a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and just felt so comfortable. I had the non surgical facial and wow it did not disappoint. Had a lovely scalp massage whilst my mask was on. Came away feeling so relaxed and fresh. Ever the professional. Extremely knowledgeable and very likeable. Such a lovely lady who puts you at ease. I look forward to every visit! Listens to my concerns and hang ups and is honest in her replies as to what she believes is needed. If Adele believes you do not need as much as you think you do she will not simply do it for her gain. She would rather you look and feel fabulous! The body massage was one of the best I've had,Charlotte found knots that I didn't know I had. Too finish it off I had a facial which was very relaxing. Once again thank-you Charlotte see you in a couple of weeks

This was my second visit to RHILAX & I had my first ever facial today and it was amazing! My skin is literally glowing. I’ve put off having one before due to feeling self conscious, but Rhianna made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I also had such a relaxing back massage too. My whole experience was great and I’ll definitely be back again.

I've been to Charlotte a couple of times now and I'm really happy with my treatments. Both times my sports massage has been relaxing and very thorough. Being someone who has had regular sports massages in the past with a few different practitioners I can say I'm more than happy to recommend to others.

It was my first time having Botox and fillers with Adele she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. Adele is honest and very friendly. The salon is lovely and clean. This lovely lady went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone. I booked the Rhilax to sleep package after becoming a new mum and needing some me time. Rihanna was lovely as always and so welcoming.
