Yasmin was 100% professional. I was very nervous and she made me feel safe and calm. I actually enjoyed my treatment and I could seen results instantly. I highly recommend Yasmin . She is very experienced and I wouldn't trust anyone one else for treatments now . I will definitely be returning.

Mica always goes above and beyond to provide the best treatments. From the moment I arrived for my first session, I felt welcome and comfortable and have therefore returned for further treatments. Everything is always explained clearly and I appreciate the extra attention to detail. I always leave feeling very refreshed. Mica is always happy to share her knowledge. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Ive been using Megan for a couple of years now. She is so professional, kind & friendly. Having had lots of different treatments with her from anti wrinkle, cheeks, lips & nose contour, as well as skin boosters & facials, she just gets it right for me, every single single time. The salon is very beautiful and calm. Sarah made me feel comfortable and relaxed, before she started the treatment she explained the process for my treatments. During the treatment Sarah check that everything was ok continuing to inform me of the next steps. At the end of the treatment, she provided me with information for aftercare, advised how to keep them looking good for longer. Amazing experience, already booked in again 😁😁😁 Thank you x
