As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Charlotte really knows her stuff; she makes each session feel easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their skin—no matter your gender!

Ester was brilliant- she listened to what my friend wanted for her bridal makeup and gave her exactly what she wanted. She was over the moon with the result

As always, Lil provides the most welcoming and professional environment. I cannot recommend Aphelia enough (having experienced botox injections, hydra facials and laser hair removal).

Great experience, it was my first treatment so was unsure as to what was involved. Lauren was very professional put me at ease and explained everything to me before she began any treatment. She was very gentle and reassuring during the process and gave me aftercare advice.

First time visiting Boudica and I thought the salon was beautiful, very well looked after and my cut by Brooke was fantastic! Brooke really listened to what I wanted and I’m very happy with my cut. I will certainly be back! Carly.

I’ve been having classic b-curl lash extensions for a couple of years, but this was my first visit to Charlotte for them. They look amazing 🤩 On a freezing cold day, the cabin was so warm and cosy that I ended up dropping off to sleep during the treatment.

Amazing! Made to feel comfortable from the start, had everything explained to me that Lindsay was doing and what she recommended would work best on me, she puts you at ease and I trust her completely, would not go anywhere for my treatments
