Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely gorgeous Crystal Clear microdermabrasion deluxe facial with Holly! Walked into the salon with dull, tired skin with angry spot areas and walked out with the cleanest, softest, brightest skin and loads less angry spot areas. Plus the neck and shoulder massage was so so relaxing. A definitely must have treatment. Thank you so much Holly ❤️

You have to try GENIE!! I have had GENIE Toning therapy with Kiran & I am surprisingly impressed with my results. I have areas of my body that have loose, skin due to recent weight loss. I had worked out at the gym, bought expensive lotions & potions. Ive lost 2”from my upper arms & 2.5” from my waist. my skin feels firmer, it bounces back & my cellulite has reduced. The therapy reminds me of a tens machine & it’s really non-invasive with wicked results. If you are prepared to make investment in yourself, want firmer, toned skin, you have to book in for this treatment. Thank you Kiran x

Lauren has been amazing from the very beginning - I had consultation with her before I booked my treatment and she was very patient and very thorough to explain the various treatments before I made up my mind which one to book in for. If you are in two minds or very unsure because it's your first treatment, book her in and you will be surprised - in a good way!

Another awesome experience with Kirsty. She is most definitely the BEST aesthetic practitioner around. My skin booster treatment has given fantastic results, my skin is much brighter and smoother. Tonight I also had a lip booster treatment and WOW my lips look epic! So much plumper and smooth. A must have treatment for my dry, dehydrated lips. Super happy Bex. As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Charlotte really knows her stuff; she makes each session feel easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their skin—no matter your gender!

I went today for a 30-minute relaxing facial, and it was such a lovely experience. Kiran was absolutely amazing — so gentle and professional. I really liked it very much. The ambiance was calming, and my skin feels so refreshed and glowing now. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!
