This was my first ever facial and first ever reflexology and the service I received was incredible. Kat was so friendly, asked questions to understand what treatment would be best for me, as I was unsure myself. It was so so so relaxing and I am already looking forward to my next session! Kat is amazing! This was my first facial and I absolutely loved it. Started off with a skin consultation and what my goals were, and then followed by the treatment - each step was explained to me and what it does. My facial felt very personalised to my skin concerns which was great and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. The studio was clean and beautiful, Kat made sure I was comfortable the throughout the treatment. I will definitely be booking again! :)

I had a great time with Katryna at The Skin Studio. I consulted her for my skin condition and she designed a facial suiting it. The overall atmosphere was so relaxing and her massage was really soothing as well. Definitely booking with her again and would recommend to others.

I had Botox treatment performed by Denel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly informative and patient while discussing my areas of concern, making me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation. HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

I've been going to Ciara for over 6months now regularly for eye boosters, microneedling and eye lash curling. She is the sweetest and most professional. Knows her stuff and does every treatment to a high standard. Really well priced treatments. Cant recommend anyone better :)

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. Been going to Angela since earlier this year after trying a couple of places to get my eyebrows waxed. Angela has always done mine perfect, plus tried a few treatments such as Lash lift, Skin Boosters, Facial and the Sauna and they have always been amazing and like a nice little treat. Doesn't feel like a chore now to do a basic thing like getting my eyebrows waxed. Angela is extremely informative about every treatment and honest if you need it or not. Also, she is really friendly, so you get a good conversation each time!

The whole experience was lovely, Relaxing setting lovely room and Abbie was really nice.The treatment was really good had facials before but this was completely diffrent having the dermaplane and microneedling with skin booster, would definitely recommend thanks.

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed. Amber is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable during your visit, her prices are great value for money and she talks you through your treatment step by step which allows for you to feel comfortable and reassured. Highly would recommend Amber for all of your hair removal and laser treatments.
