This was my first ever facial and first ever reflexology and the service I received was incredible. Kat was so friendly, asked questions to understand what treatment would be best for me, as I was unsure myself. It was so so so relaxing and I am already looking forward to my next session! Skin felt great afterwards and I cannot recommend the reflexology enough! Was so relaxing. Thank you.

Big fan of skincare and love getting facials done regularly! Can honestly say that was the best one I’ve ever had .. Rachel tailored the treatment to exactly what my skin needed and talked me through each step. Kat is amazing! This was my first facial and I absolutely loved it. Started off with a skin consultation and what my goals were, and then followed by the treatment - each step was explained to me and what it does. My facial felt very personalised to my skin concerns which was great and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. The studio was clean and beautiful, Kat made sure I was comfortable the throughout the treatment. I will definitely be booking again! :)

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I had a great time with Katryna at The Skin Studio. I consulted her for my skin condition and she designed a facial suiting it. The overall atmosphere was so relaxing and her massage was really soothing as well. Definitely booking with her again and would recommend to others.

HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Always an absolute pleasure to visit this salon. Very friendly, attentive staff and beautiful decor. Visited today for BIAB nails and a facial. Amber did a great job of both and my skin is now glowing after the amazing facial!

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

Amber is fantastic and makes you feel comfortable during your visit, her prices are great value for money and she talks you through your treatment step by step which allows for you to feel comfortable and reassured. Highly would recommend Amber for all of your hair removal and laser treatments.

My first facial with Rachel she was very kind and professional went through my skin care in dept and advised me what is best for my skin, my skin was glowing at the end and she was ever so kind to let me wait till my uber had come see you soon

Absolutely love getting my brows waxed by Rio, so much so I've moved out of area but I'll still travel an hour back so she can do my brows, because she's the best and let me tell you I've tried mannyy places! I've started working my way through her other treatments too because why not, the hours facial the most relaxing, you'll walk out feeling fresh and relaxed. I just love that Rio is so kind and patient with me even when I just can't keep still 🙈 highly recommend!
