Sarah is always so helpful and efficient. If I have a query or ask a question, she responds immediately and keeps me informed about my order. I also love that an order arrives the next day and you are provided with the tracking number. Just great customer service!

I have had an excellent experience with Marina at Ina's salon. Always is coming with something new, it's friendly, given advice on styling and colour. Marino won't do something that doesn't suits me and always helps to find the best way for an amazing result.

My go to girl! No one else I would let anywhere nere my eyes! Not only do my eyelashes turn out amazing every time but also all of the waxing I get done, 1000% recommend you won’t need to look anywhere else once you’ve been to your first appointment!

I cannot recommend the team highly enough. The service has been exceptional, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. After previously being with another company, the difference has been remarkable. I feel valued, supported and confident that I am in the best hands. A huge thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service and for always going the extra mile. It is very much appreciated!
