Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. Sarah has made my skin glow which has given me a sprinkling of self confidence. My skin now looks so clean and bright. I had a firming serum on my forehead which I can feel is tighter. Thank you Sarah, you have made such a difference to my well-being, self confidence and happy face.

From the moment you enter the clinic you are warmly greeted by Catherine who is always friendly and professional Dr Maria is a trained clinician she has a wealth of experience and always suggests suitable treatments for my skin I am always 100% happy with my treatment and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Amy was professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough with her assessment and explained different treatments we could consider that would be best for my skin. She was super friendly and put me at ease. Treatment is already booked in.

I had the Korean facial and my skin looked like brand new! Everything was relaxing and soothing- I would definitely have it done again.

Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.

Another wonderful Luxury Elemis Pro Collagen Facial with Alishia. So relaxing and my skin felt lovely afterwards. Alishia goes above and beyond to enhance the treatment and I would highly recommend her.

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Lovely experience at Beauty Sculpting Room today. The team are so friendly and put me at ease quickly helping me overcome some nerves I had about the fat freezing treatment. Everything was well explained and I felt very looked after. I'm not used to these high tech treatments so I found it quite fun. The ladies ensured I knew about the aftercare routines and encouraged me to follow them. A great experience overall.

I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. The treatments are great. The only things that bother me are the noise outside the room, and the the fact that the treatments never last the whole time I'm paying for e.g I had a 90 minute hydrafacial today, but by the time I got changed and the appointment finished, it was more like a 75 minute treatment :(

I have been having treatments with Sarah for over 14 years. I would thoroughly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!

I found the place very hard to find as it was tucked away on a retail park. I think the salon could put customers off but the therapists were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't suit my aging skin and I noticed more fine lines visible below cheeks especially on the left side where I had none before. I understand there was a longer lasting treatment but at £250 a session, and needing 4, out of my price range.
