This is my first third with Ella. She has reasonable prices, offers evening appointments and makes you feel welcome in her home. I found the cabin across a walk as i’ve moved in locally, so really useful having beauty treatments a short walk away. Will continuing going to Ella continuously

Chantelle is a miracle worker! I’ve had chronic shoulder tension for years, and her deep tissue massage is the only thing that has ever worked. I’m also seeing amazing results with my skin treatments - (facials, micro needling etc) which has been a huge confidence boost. She is professional, down-to-earth, and incredibly talented. If you need a skin expert or a massage therapist who actually delivers results, go see her! Her knowledge is amazing and I’ve learnt so much! The best part - she’s so down to earth and makes you feel at ease! A free therapy session - 10/10 Every-time! Thank you. Xx

Love the experience every single time! So professional and detailed work. I visit every 3-4 weeks. Best place to get nails done in Basildon.

As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X

Will definitely be having another facial Lisa. Such a wonderful experience. Well recommended.

Amazing! I had the Sleeping Beauty treatment and Chantelle asked at the beginning if I had any problem areas. She proceeded to work thoroughly on those during the massage and concentrated on my knotted shoulders. The facial was my favourite part - so luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend this to those with hectic lifestyles to unwind and shut off for an hour of pure bliss 💖
