First time getting a facial and Scarlett was so lovely! I chose ‘let Scarlett decide’ and she talked me through what would be best for my skin type in detail. She talked me through everything she was doing throughout the treatment which was very helpful. The experience was very relaxing and soothing I felt so fresh afterwards. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon xx

Grace is the best ever! I don’t usually have facials or invasive things done as I’m OCD and get quite triggered by touch / cleanliness. Grace is super friendly, the salon is absolutely spotless, she explains in thorough detail what the treatment is, benefits, aftercare etc. All my questions were answered with no judgement and I felt very calm and looked after. She’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things skin and I trusted her judgment for what I needed entirely. Couldn’t recommend enough! I will be a regular visitor here. Everything ❤️ The ambiance in the room was so relaxing and felt so calm and the décor was beautiful. The facial I received from Jill was nothing like I’d had before other than on previous facials with her. If it’s possible for skin to feel lighter and more hydrated then that’s how it feels. It is truly the best experience for both yourself, your mental health and your skin. Jill you’re truly amazing ❤️

Scarlett did my facial treatment and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly examine my skin, and really listened to all my concerns. She explained every step of the process so I felt completely comfortable and informed. The facial itself was so relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt fresh, deeply clean, and truly rejuvenated.
