First time getting a facial and Scarlett was so lovely! I chose ‘let Scarlett decide’ and she talked me through what would be best for my skin type in detail. She talked me through everything she was doing throughout the treatment which was very helpful. The experience was very relaxing and soothing I felt so fresh afterwards. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon xx

Grace is the best ever! I don’t usually have facials or invasive things done as I’m OCD and get quite triggered by touch / cleanliness. Grace is super friendly, the salon is absolutely spotless, she explains in thorough detail what the treatment is, benefits, aftercare etc. All my questions were answered with no judgement and I felt very calm and looked after. She’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things skin and I trusted her judgment for what I needed entirely. Couldn’t recommend enough! I will be a regular visitor here. Scarlett did my facial treatment and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly examine my skin, and really listened to all my concerns. She explained every step of the process so I felt completely comfortable and informed. The facial itself was so relaxing, and afterwards my skin felt fresh, deeply clean, and truly rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be visiting her again!

Erica is a very precise and careful professional, that talked me through a wax that could have been painful but wasn't. She's a real skin expert. Plus made sure my bike wasn't stolen! Which was very kind.

Bought my daughter for a teen facial and grace was so lovely and reassured her talking to her throughout the process explaining each step. The results speak for themselves her skin looks amazing and was complemented on her ‘glass skin appearance’ twice after only one session. Will definitely return very soon.
