I have completed 4 laser treatment sessions with Khushboo, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout every session. She was very professional, gentle, and always checked in with me after every rep to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend her for anyone considering laser treatments.

Adelina was excellent with my IPL treatment. She followed it up with a really nice facial cream treatment so that I virtually had no discomfort & minimal markings. She then exceeded my expectations & provided me with a list of skincare products a few days later. Adelina was a pleasure to deal with!!

I just completed my 6th laser sessions today, and I’m very happy with my experience. Most of my sessions were with Khushboo, who was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during every appointment. I also had a session with another staff member and my final session with Khushmeet, who was also very friendly and attentive. The whole team is welcoming and professional. This was my second time getting my lashes done but my first time at The Lash Lounge. Even though the first set was pretty good The Lash Lounge far surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

I had my laser session today with Ariha, and I am truly impressed with her service. She consistently checked on my comfort throughout the procedure, ensuring that I was at ease the entire time. I had a disappointing experience during my previous session, but Ariha listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them with great professionalism. She did the treatment very well and gave proper attention without rushing. I genuinely appreciate her effort and would prefer to continue my future sessions with her.

The machine is really good and modern, with cooling, so the treatment was not painful at all. Everything was explained clearly, and the session went smoothly. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective laser experience.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of good energy. The stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, paid close attention to detail, and handled my hair with so much care and professionalism.

She was very pleasant and professional. Ready when I arrived, double checked my concerned areas, the first time it has not hurt at all. She made me feel very comfortable. I would love to have her again when I return. Very pleased 😀

I still have my braids after 4 weeks and they still look new except new growth. I can’t recommend D’lene enough!!! From start to finish, the entire experience was top tier.
