I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

I’ve really enjoyed coming in and the relaxing atmosphere and quality service. I am however taken back by the gel polish removal charge for my rebooking. I have never been charged for gel polish removal when rebooking, only in the case of removal and no additional service. I’m thinking that adding $30 to my service for mani/pedi will be something that I will have to consider before rebooking as this is very costly. I hope you understand what I am trying to say. When in the US I just book a polish change for my hands, would this require the additional fee as well to remove? Thanks
