I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

Amy is fantastic. She is transparent and is knowledgeable about the benefits and downsides :). I have awful pigmentation on my lower legs and Amy designed a program with Pico that I can see the results of already after years of nothing and drs telling me I can’t do anything about it. I cannot wait to try softwave on my neck and around my eyes to lift my skin after loosing elasticity. The team at ACL in Chatswood is so welcoming and lovely. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more.
