This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

My massage really helped my neck and shoulders, I felt very relaxed and the scalp massage was amazing. The girls were so helpful and friendly and I loved the honey tea. 🍵 Next time I'm in Cairns I will definitely be making another booking. Only wish you had a retreat in Townsville.

Beautiful service from the start to finish. I haven't been able to relax like that in a long time. As someone who doesnt have much of an understanding about face and scalp care, these ladies explained everything. I highly recommend booking and will be back once in Cairns again!

My first facial ever !!@ and what an introduction- Helena was calming precise and relaxing. Also her treatment room is light and airy, a delightful location within her home. Her knowledge and skilled hands knew just what i needed. Half way through the treatment - that included a steam for my face- I could feel my skin start to breath. By the end my face was fresh, clean and polished - I could see and feel the difference. A treatment by Helena is going to become a part of my quarterly routine. Thankyou Helena see you next visit

Very relaxing I had the Korean glass facial peel treatment I was very pleased when the lady also give me led light including in treatment! The room was very quiet and calming. Complete luxury! Very nice friendly staff! I will be back

I Just had my second treatment of Micro needling with serum infusion with Helena who is treating the inflammation on my face, neck and chest as well as just general aging like my fine lines and firmness.
