Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

I had the Japanese Manicure at Inaru and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look so healthy with the most beautiful natural shine, no gel or acrylic needed. The attention to detail was incredible and it never felt rushed completely different from a typical salon visit. Even the little touches were lovely, the matcha from the drinks menu was so good. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Ellen provides the most impeccable and ideal nail tech experience. From our first contact on WhatsApp, Ellen provided prompt and clear information on how to book, and worked with me to achieve the looks I pitched on my moodboard! When I arrived, her studio was very well signposted, she was so friendly, offering me tea or coffee, as well as so transparent about her hygienic set-up which is so rarely seen in studios these days. Her work is so precise and neat, with my nails looking beautiful but actually feeling healthy too! Cannot recommend enough - 12/10 💅🏽💓

SoPreciousNails never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for a while now and every visit is consistently amazing. My nails always look flawless, feel strong, and the shape and polish/designs are alway perfect. The attention to detail is always next level, and the salon has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Precious my nail technician is friendly, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My nails last for weeks without lifting or chipping, which is exactly why I keep coming back. Ive been going to Roksana for a while now and i always look forward to my nail appointments with her! Ive tried numerous nail techs over the years and she is one of the best at cuticle work imo. She is passionate about what she does and always tries to think outside the box and for solutions 🙏. She’s been great at tackling my fragile nails and horrid cuticles 😂 and also recommending shades/designs. Detailed work, lovely comfortable room and great chats. My favourite nail tech to date 💛
