Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Maddie did a great job with my nails and we had lovely little conversations. It's always refreshing when your nail tech is as excited about your nails as you are. Seriously, book in with Maddie for nail art, you won't regret it!

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I met Arvi when she did my nails a few weeks ago when I was visiting the UK. She is outstanding - not only as a nail tech, but also as a human being. I hope everyone visits Tandis and supports this business. I cannot recommend highly enough. There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent nail technician. Chloe is very knowledgeable and takes time to look after your nails. She can paint any design you ask for taking time to ensure it is perfect. She has an excellent range of colours and is skilled at strengthening your nails with BISB. I’ve been to several nail technicians now and Chloe is bar far the best. I’d definitely recommend her!

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!

I had the Japanese Manicure at Inaru and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look so healthy with the most beautiful natural shine, no gel or acrylic needed. The attention to detail was incredible and it never felt rushed completely different from a typical salon visit. Even the little touches were lovely, the matcha from the drinks menu was so good. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I had my manicure and pedicure done by Nicole and she was amazing! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. She was gentle, professional, and really took her time to make my nails look beautiful. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉
