This spa truly exceeded my expectations, I just came back from a long trip and I needed some self care and I came across this spa, let me start by the lash service I did with rayza, she gave me exactly the look I wanted, took her time to make them stunning and so natural, then the lovely Madelyn came in for a Russian manicure and pedicure, she was so precise and gave me the most beautiful clean nails while making me feel like a princess, and lastly Nicole came in for the best hot stone massage I ever had with her magical hands!Great thanks to the beautiful ladies for their outstanding service!

Her work is extremely professional, and I truly love the results every time. My pedicure was done by May, and her work was amazing. She is very professional. I had an excellent experience at my nail appointment! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Nina, my nail technician, who is absolutely amazing and incredibly talented. She paid great attention to detail and made sure my nails looked perfect. The place is such a vibe and decor is so fun. I had a gel mani by a Filipina and a normal pedi by an African lady. The mani was not good. The lady who did it was nice but the work itself could be the worst gel mani I’ve ever had because it chipped within days. After 1 week I had multiple nails either broken or obviously chipped. Considering it was gel, I was very disappointed, I’ve had normal manicures last much longer. That said, the pedicure by Joy was very nice. Joy was so sweet and attentive to details and gave me a great pedi. My toes looked good until my next pedi.

Best of the best 🤍 The owner is amazing and so sweet, mashallah may God bless her and grant her success. The staff are incredible, so sweet and professional, I tried the cold treatment and it was great, gave my scalp an amazing refreshing feeling. I also did a scalp detox, it cleaned my scalp so well and I could really feel it breathe. And the manicure & pedicure were stunning, the details were perfect and the cleanliness was just perfect. Everything was just amazing 💖

Had a wonderful experience with both Aiza and Sitti! They both did a wonderful job with the Biab removal as well as the classic manicure. Sitti’s work was amazing, my nails have never look this good after removals. Also Rahaf the receptionist was incredible and sweet, greeting customers with a smile and always checking in during the session which I appreciated!

It was my first time visiting the salon and honestly i would say one of the best services i have seen from the care of staff to every detailed they tended too, i did manicure and pedicure and the service was excellent. Salon was very clean, well designed with calming interior, quiet and smells nice as well. Honestly would come back again without a doubt and try other services especially their price range is reasonable.

I had read some recent reviews that weren't so great in terms of front desk staff before arriving, and I decided to try this salon anyhow. I had a wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and helpful. I confirmed that I had booked the correct service upon entering, and I did luckily. I paid before the service with a Visa debit card, which was nice since I didn't have my Saudi bank card with me. The nail tech didn't speak English, but that's fine as it is expected. We communicated over Google translate and the receptionist helped translate as well. My nails turned out perfect!

Amazing experience! I had a Deep Tissue Massage with Hot Stones by Maria, and she was great and very professional she focused on every muscle of my body it was very relaxing. I also had a manicure and pedicure with Eileen, and she was amazing i loved the results. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much! I’ll sure be coming back again.

I had a great experience overall, but I’m reconsidering my next visit because of the high prices. I booked the Special pedicure and manicure for 380 SAR, and when I asked for a French hand color, it was an additional 90 SAR. Paying 90 SAR extra for a white tip didn’t feel worth it. 😅

I did the manicure and pedicure package at ONE Spa and had a great experience. The staff were professional, the space was clean and relaxing, and the service was done with real attention to detail. Big thanks to Mohammed for the recommendation, definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back.
