Fiona fitted me in last minute on the bank holiday which was very appreciated. Amazing massage! She was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced which was great as she could effectively target the areas that I've had long term aches and stiffness in. Would definitely recommend!

The Japanese Head Spa was incredible and I would definitely recommend it. Everyone was really lovely on arrival and the atmosphere was super peaceful. There was a range of massages and different techniques used which made the experience really unique. My hair smells and feels amazing, and I feel very relaxed. Also, the chai tea at the end was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!!

Fiona was fantastic. Made me feel at ease with a persistent knee injury which I was starting to give up hope in fixing. Comprehensive check through to find the causes, good massage and thorough plan sent through afterwards. Highly recommend! Especially if you've been told to just 'live with' some pain, let Fiona have a crack at it!

This young lady is so professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She explains everything she is doing and why and then sends an exercise plan to help mobility. I intend to have a monthly visit with her, to keep myself as mobile as possible in my old age😀!

I have had three sessions with Fiona, allways leave with more mobility, Fiona is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, the sessions are allways relaxed apart from when a tight knot is found, Valkyrie was recommended to me and I recommend them to you👍
