I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. I just had the most amazing massage, it was truly beyond relaxing! Amelia was absolutely fantastic her focus and attention to detail were incredible. She didn't rush at all, which made such a huge difference, and it felt exactly like a massage should be. Highly recommend!

My massage with Tiana was exactly what I needed. The location instantly relaxes you upon arrival and the room is set up beautifully. Tiana makes you feel at ease and does all health checks before starting. I left feeling heard, extremely relaxed and stress free! Highly recommended.

I went yesterday for a head massage & today for a full body massage & both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job of being very attentive to each part of my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure, just overall being lovely - and honestly I feel incredible. I’m unfortunately leaving Norwich in the next month or so but I intend to come back as often as I can afford to before then! I can’t recommend enough 😊 (also both times had a really warm greeting from the receptionist which I think speaks a lot about a business!)

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. I had a facial with Cam yesterday, and it was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, she was so sweet, warm, and welcoming, which made me feel completely relaxed. Cam is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, making sure the treatment was tailored to my skin.
