This was my first time getting a professional massage and I had some anxiety going into, but Mike took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable before starting. By the end I forgot all about my anxiety because I was so relaxed. Definitely recommend getting your massage done here, especially if you are a first timer who is proned to anxiety.

Second time with Mike, & after each visit so far, I’ve felt well enough to do small tasks I normally physically can’t do. The ease in muscle tension is noticeable in my sleep afterwards, I feel better upon waking, more rested, & the days after are very productive! Mike is extremely knowledgeable with his techniques and methods. I loved how I walked away feeling balanced, refreshed and relaxed. He restored some of my range of motion where I have some tightness and worked on some areas where I hold some stress. I would absolutely make future visits with U-Time Massage again.
