I recently experienced a truly healing treatment that included both massage and reflexology, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The massage was incredibly relaxing, relieving tension in my muscles and providing much-needed relief. The reflexology was equally impressive, with skilled pressure applied to key points that left me feeling balanced and rejuvenated. I felt a deep sense of relaxation and healing throughout the entire session.

Fabulous treatment this morning with Bríd, highly recommend!

Knows her stuff! Always takes time at the start to see what areas to focus on and then at the end let's me know what she's noticed which I love. So relaxing, always leave wanting to book in again
