I came to Jordan with a tight calf/hamstring. I have been running 30km-40km per week along with weight training roughly 5/6 days a week since the beginning of January. Jordan performed a sports massage with some cupping work done on my calves and hamstrings, and less than 24 hours later I feel brand new! I can’t recommend Jordan enough for his professionalism and also his knowledge of the body. I have done at least 5 sessions now with Jordan since summer 2023 and I would highly recommend him to friends, family and afar.

Brid was wonderful. Very attentive and considerate. This was my 1st reflexology treatment with Brid and I will be going again. Her treatment room is spotless and you feel safe straightaway which allows you to relax. I had a wonderful sleep after treatment which is always a bonus
