Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!
