The Japanese head spa experience was great! Super relaxing and exactly what I needed. Thanks!

I had a Swedish back massage, head massage, and eyebrow wax and tint today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The back massage was incredible, I normally find them quite painful, but this was perfect. The head massage was absolutely amazing too! My eyebrows look 10/10, exactly how I wanted them. Such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Thad a great sports massage by Dave which left me wondering why l'd left it so long since my last one. Felt instant relief in my problem areas (shoulder and lower back) Already looking forward to booking in again to get more work done by him. Very welcoming and relaxing experience and a very educational experience too. Thanks mate! See you again soon!

I’ve been doing sessions with Calvin nearly every week for sometime now .. and today’s visit was extremely productive, I came away with feeling more confident with movement , easy movement after a sports massage and come away with some homework and an exercise program to follow :) I feel very happy and can’t wait for our next session ! Thanks Calvin

Calvin managed to find the places causing me pain and worked on them very effectively. I feel looser and more relaxed and the twinge in my back seems to have gone as well so I’m more than happy with his service. He also gave me some useful exercises to help me further. Great job Calvin!

Initially I was so nervous never having a sports massage and meeting Calvin for the first time! I really didn’t need to worry Calvin was professional and instantly made me feel at ease!! I had a sports massage at home which was really handy and worked around my little one I felt in completely safe hands. Calvin explained everything and was very thorough I would highly recommend! 😊

I’ve been seeing Chloe for the past year and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else even though it’s nearly a two-hour journey for me. She’s professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. More recently, she’s helped me through an injury with sports massage, cupping and expert advice, always taking the time to explain everything and tailor each treatment to my needs. Thank you for all your support, care and encouragement over the last year. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly. 🤍

Chloe, gave me a much needed deep muscle tissue massage in the week before my half ironman. It helped me achieve a fantastic time! Then the day after the race i had a hot stones massage to aid recovery, which definitely worked. I continue to highly recommend Chloe.
