I had a wonderful massage session with Naomi at Smart Recovery. This is the ideal remedy if you want to genuinely relax from everyday stress. Naomi employs rhythmic strokes and soft pressure, combined with the soothing use of hot stones, to release tension in the neck, and back . I felt totally rejuvenated and at ease when I left. Today I had my first ever yoni treatment and womb massage… it was true bliss. I felt so relaxed during the yoni treatment, the warmth of the treatment spreading through me and then the massage…❤️ I came out feeling relaxed within myself and much calmer. Gayle just seems to know what you need and I would highly recommend a treatment (or 2,3 etc) with her. You will not be disappointed and your body will be grateful ❤️

The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to focus on the areas I needed most. The pressure was perfect — firm enough to release all the tightness but still very relaxing. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It made such a difference to my sore muscles and tension. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relieve stress, recover after workouts, or just treat themselves to some proper body care!

Svetlana was amazing at her job. Reassuring, informative and excellent at massage. Her Reiki session was cosmic and a very positive experience. My sister booking her and I can't wait for my next massage with her. Went in with a lot of lower back, neck and shoulder pain. I really felt the benefits afterwards. Niomi from the minute I contacted at short notice was very accommodating and fitted me in.. Had my first hot stone and bamboo massage with Gayle yesterday and it was honestly the best hour of my life, the best money I’ve spent! Gayle was amazing, from her energy and ability to read my energy, to her fantastic touch. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is obvious from the minute you enter the room. Her manipulation of my muscles and her pressure was perfect, and the technique of doing the massage whilst lying in your side supported everything with comfy cushions was amazing.
