From start to finish I could not have wished for anything else .The room was tranquil and gave the sense of knowing you are going to totally relax and receive the effects you want from your treatment, I had for the first time a reflexology facial and I was totally immersed to its effect from start to finish . It is a wonderful treatment both relaxing and invigorating . I had the best nights sleep I have had in a while and today my face felt very smooth and I felt relaxed .I have booked my next treatment and without doubt recommend this facial and thank you Gayle for an amazing experience

Went for my first ever massage yesterday with svetlana and she was amazing. Talked me through it and always made sure I was comfortable. Got a deep tissue massage and haven’t felt this relaxed in 10+ years. Would recommend anyone feeling tense to visit healing touch. Will 1000% be back to do more treatment

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. What a great experience. I had booked deep tissue 90min with additional stretching and reiki. Svetlana makes you feel relaxed and completely at ease when you greeting you. She is very professional and is always checking if the pressure is ok. This was my first time having additional stretching or reiki and it was a very relaxing experience. She is a master at her craft, couldn’t recommend higher!

Had a very relaxing time with Gayle left all my worries at the door and enjoyed the pampering I had a tai foot and leg massage which was just what I needed it was my first time at Balance and Bliss and I will definitely be back there are so many treatments to choose from Gayle offers great advice looking forward to my next visit

Excellent deep tissue massage. Massage therapist very friendly and knowledgeable. Different range of techniques used including cupping guasha and hot stone at the end. Would highly recommend 👌 need to enter the print store to get access to the higher floor where the salon is located
