I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Most importantly, since my massage I’ve been able to relax for the first time this year. Will be back! Thank you so much!

First of all Anna squeezed me in very short notice, to which Iam grateful as I was suffering a tension migraine. Anna is super welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Her space is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed, she worked out my tension spots and I felt so relaxed I could of fell asleep! I will definitely be a returning customer the whole experience was exactly the self care needed, thankyou so much x

My first visit to Ponteland Thai spa on Sunday and I am looking forward to going back soon. Due to tension across the neck and shoulders I was struggling to turn my head Immediately after treatment I felt a relief and deep relaxation in the muscles. I had a 90 minute deep tissue Thai massage . The spa is warm clean and inviting and the therapist Chun ( please forgive me if I have your name incorrect) was absolutely wonderful very professional and really able to relieve tension in the muscles with her technique. Today I feel much lighter with better movement thank you so much. Thank you

An absolutely wonderful experience at Ponteland Thai Spa! The spa is incredibly clean, warm, and smells amazing, with lovely relaxing music playing in the background. My therapist was so friendly and highly skilled—she truly knows her stuff and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend.

Anna is lovely, started with a neck and shoulder massage, then legs with acupressure to my feet. A lovely face massage with the most delightful orange scented oil. I would definitely recommend.
