Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. I’ve been having massages with Olha for many months now, and they are always amazing. This was my first experience of MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), and it was completely different from her usual massage. It was incredibly relaxing, and I slept so much better afterwards. I felt great the next day too! I’ll definitely be having MLD again and would highly recommend giving it a try with Olha. 💕

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Absolutely incredible massage experience, I’ll definitely be booking my mum in this week too. I just woke up from the deepest, most restorative nap afterwards. She genuinely has magic hands and knows exactly what she’s doing. You don’t even need to point out where you’re sore — she instinctively finds every knot and area of tension and works through it perfectly. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and honestly years younger. My whole body feels relaxed, supple, and completely reset. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.
