I had a deep sports massage and was very impressed with the treatment. The pressure was tailored perfectly to my needs, and the therapist worked thoroughly on areas of tightness and muscle tension. Absolutely loved my treatment today. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and felt relaxed as soon as I walked in! I’ll definitely be booking back in & would highly recommend to anyone. Such a kind person, the smell of the oil was amazing & I’ve never had a more relaxing massage. Thanks so much.

Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. Thank you so much Lewis.

Amazing! I felt so at ease despite my nerves and overactive brain. The overall treatment was so calming, peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed after a long & stressful few months & before I start my new job on Monday. I'm so glad I was able to finally book in as a post birthday treat. I already can't wait to go back! The space itself is lovely and inviting and Georgia is amazing at making you feel comfortable and at home whilst you're there. I cannot recommend enough for anyone who needs some time to themselves to switch off and unwind. Thank you so much!

i done today my Undereye injections for dark circles ayesha explain me everything related to the procedure and sent me information regarding pre care and after care before procedure i was bit scared that it might be very painfull but it was a zero pain procedure for me im very happy and highly Recommend Ayesha from cupping clinic Bolton

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.
