My experience was absolutely brilliant. I had injured my shoulder at work. This wasn’t my first visit but I had every confidence that Katie could fix it and she did not disappoint. Very strong and very knowledgeable. Gives great advice and encourages healthy progression without putting yourself at risk from further injury. Her knowledge is very impressive from my experience. I have already booked my next appointment and have recommended to friends and family

Katie was very friendly and immediately put me at ease. She asked a lot of questions about my problem and has given me exercises to do and is going to write a letter to my GP for me to have am MRI scan. I am so glad that I plucked up the courage to do something about my neck problem and with Katie’s help I hope to be pain free in the not too distant future.

My visit today was great because Katie had diagnosed my problem on the first visit and I followed her exact programme and it worked my issues have all but gone, so today was good to catch up and add a few more exercises so hopefully it goes away completely. A BIG thank you Katie.
