She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

Leana was such a brilliant massage therapist. I had been having pain and tension around my neck and shoulder with my five month old baby and the serum with her really made a difference.I particularly liked the assisted stretching therapy. This is something I would certainly recommend and be keen to come back to myself!

I've tried other forms of physio based therapy and Tanya's stretchled is top tier. She knows her stuff and I always leave feeling more mobile, relaxed and just better in my body. Defo recommend 👌🏾

I really appreciated this experience. Assisted stretching with Tanya felt less like a service and more like being cared for by a friend. From the start, I felt completely at ease. She created such a calm, relaxing space and was attentive throughout. Every stretch felt tailored, and I left feeling lighter and more open. It was natural, unhurried, and truly restorative. You can tell she genuinely cares. I’m so grateful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Tanya to anyone needing a reset.

Easily the best sports therapy session I’ve had. Anna identified the root of my back tension immediately and delivered a treatment that felt completely tailored. What you’re paying for is far more than just the release, it’s real expertise, clear understanding, and a long-term approach. I left with simple, effective exercises to prevent it returning. I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

I didn’t know what to expect from a stretch session but knew it would be beneficial. I was right — I left feeling exceptionally lighter. In a way I’d describe as ‘fluid.’ Throughout the session, Tanya asked if the intensity was ok, ensuring my comfort was paramount. She also identified areas that held tension, giving tips on how to alleviate this. I wholeheartedly recommend. Especially if you are living with a chronic condition; don’t worry about not being able to join a session. I left feeling so happy knowing my body is more than able, despite this.
