Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.

My first massage with Sonia today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Before the treatment she took the time to ask about my health, allergies and concerns etc , which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. I appreciated the most was that she didn’t chat throughout the massage. She communicated when necessary, checking that I was comfortable, but otherwise allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. For me, that’s a huge plus and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

I had my first emsculpt neo treatment at the body edit and had a fantastic experience the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment and what to expect results wise. The clinic was professional welcoming and very easy to find. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend going to them for body treatments in London.

I recently visited Hairmonic Head Spa in London for their Essence Japanese Head Spa treatment, and it was an amazing experience! The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, and GiGi, my therapist, was exceptionally skilled. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. During london trip, my husband is suffering really bad aches on neck and sholder. But only 1 hr massage at L&R SPA, pains are released and his neck and sholders become so soft so that headache and chest pain released. I book the service in really short notice but L&R SPA. I’ve had 3 butt facials in London and Jonathan’s is by far the best and not rushed. A thorough clean, tone, scrub and moisturising mini butt massage at the ends. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended. Will be back as a regular treatment. Good central location to the studio.

I recently had a combined massage (relaxing/lymphatic) with Hellen and really enjoyed the whole session. The pressure was perfect and I felt more relaxed after the session. She explained everything since this was my first time doing this type of massage and was very considerate with my medical issues. Will definitely return.

Just excellent! I’ve been getting massages from Balance Massage for years, and the service is always exceptional. Every penny spent is worth it, my little treat throughout the year. I genuinely love going there. The place is always so clean, welcoming and relaxing, and the customer service is outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended.

This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

Was my second time coming here and there’s no other place like it in London. I always ask for the strongest possible pressure and I don’t always get that. But both times I have been here now I have had the best experience! Incredibly friendly staff and amazing massage!
