I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

This was my third visit to Rachel, and I will definitely be coming back for more. She is an excellent massage therapist, I really enjoy the massages and feel lighter and more relaxed after each session. It helps that she is also friendly and pleasant. I will book my next massage soon.

During london trip, my husband is suffering really bad aches on neck and sholder. But only 1 hr massage at L&R SPA, pains are released and his neck and sholders become so soft so that headache and chest pain released. I book the service in really short notice but L&R SPA. The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was so relaxed and could feel the toxins flushing out of my legs. They felt lighter, sculpted and so much smoother. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited to get my wedding dress on now! This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

I’ve had two lymphatic drainage body massage sessions with Adriane, and I’ve already noticed a real difference. My body feels less bloated, lighter, and more sculpted after each treatment. Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. This was my third micro needling session with Kush and was another amazing facial. He started with a deep cleanse and enzyme peel with deep tissue facial massage, then the microneedling which was super relaxing - no pain at all! Juh is amazing. He knows how to cut your hair and style it that matches you as a person and he cares! I am very picky about my hair and knew immediately that I could trust Juh with it (which is very hard to find!). He is great and so glad to have met and finally found a hair stylist (award winning too!) in London.

What an incredible experience! Elle was so knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. The massage was firm yet deeply relaxing, you can literally feel the tension melting away. It was my first time having a lymphatic massage, and I left feeling both relaxed and noticeably lighter. 100% would recommend, one of my favourite massages I’ve ever had!
