My massage with Lynn was incredible. The best massage i have ever had! She is so grounded and attentive, she really tunes into your body and helps you to do that too. She communicates about pressure too which I appreciated. The studio is a really calm and relaxing space. Will definitely be back x

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

This was my third visit to Rachel, and I will definitely be coming back for more. She is an excellent massage therapist, I really enjoy the massages and feel lighter and more relaxed after each session. It helps that she is also friendly and pleasant. I will book my next massage soon.

During london trip, my husband is suffering really bad aches on neck and sholder. But only 1 hr massage at L&R SPA, pains are released and his neck and sholders become so soft so that headache and chest pain released. I book the service in really short notice but L&R SPA. I’ve been visiting Jeff for a few years now and honestly I’m so happy I found him. The best hands in London. He understands everytime what you need and he works exactly on that. This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

I’ve had two lymphatic drainage body massage sessions with Adriane, and I’ve already noticed a real difference. My body feels less bloated, lighter, and more sculpted after each treatment. Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

This was my third micro needling session with Kush and was another amazing facial. He started with a deep cleanse and enzyme peel with deep tissue facial massage, then the microneedling which was super relaxing - no pain at all! Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
