My first reflexology today with Carole was so wonderful. The setting (music, scents etc) were perfect and Carole was great at setting a relaxing ambience before the treatment started. The Reflexology itself was amazing - I tingled all over and completely relaxed and Carole articulated her feedback so well and also gave me useful tips on what to eat and drink and mindfulness techniques. I will highly recommend Carole

Sophie gives her heart and soul in all of her treatments but the facial zone reflexology is something else! I can’t see my forehead lines and the puffiness has gone and I look glowing. Highly recommend x

Amazing, so relaxing

It is always a lovely experience to have Reflexology with Carole. We have such lovely conversations and I go away feeling 💯 times better x It us like I am walking on air .

Highly effective and helpful, deeply relaxing, powerful too.

This was my first appt and it will not be the last. Carole’s treatment room was light and welcoming and the reflexology treatment was terrific. To be honest, I wasn’t sure that I would enjoy having my feet touched but it was actually very soothing and believe I actually dozed off at one point 😊 time will tell whether the treatment has had a positive effect upon my issue however the experience was definitely relaxing and comforting.

Sophie is welcoming and calm. A great energy field to walk into to start your treatments. All essential oils add to the sensory immersive experience. I combined reflexology with a head massage which was just divine. Thank you !
