This was my first time at the HEAD SPAce and wow what an experience . Shannon was friendly and the environment was relaxing and calm. I would definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to go try it . I was amazed at the before and after photos of my scalp and what a difference the treatment made

I have been going to Suz for over 5 years now and she is always friendly and welcoming. She is very professional and is exceptionally good at what she does. The moment you step through the door you feel relaxed. I have had a few issues with my shoulders over the years and Suz’s neck and back massages are great for relieving the tension and tightness in my shoulders and back. She is also very good at waxing so you are holiday ready! I would highly recommend her.

What a gorgeous experience. I could have stayed relaxed on the heated bed all day. I felt lighter after my lymphatic drainage massage - so much so that I needed to focus on walking and not floating out ☺️

This was my first ever reflexology session and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. During the session I felt very relaxed and calm. Afterwards I felt lighter, more balanced, and surprisingly refreshed. It was a gentle, soothing experience that left me feeling better than I expected.

I met Nook today who kindly got me set up and ready to go. Aye did the massage. She listened to what I said, made suggestions if she thought it would be helpful and knew what I needed more than I did. My legs are very challenging because of an accident and she addressed that with the greatest of ease. Lovely place. I’ll be back.

This was the 1st time I had a The Ultimate Lymphatic Ritual ( and it won’t be the last) - I didn’t know what to expect, Sophie explained what she was doing and why. With this package I got the benefit of a massage ( to help relieve aches) and the lymphatic drainage. I felt so relaxed afterwards, and this morning I felt good. Looking forward to the next one.
